Common soft tissues surgeries at our facilities include but are not limited to: laceration and wound repair, abscess repair, ear hematoma, spay, neuter, cystotomy, perineal uretherostomy, gastropexy, gastrostomy, intestinal foreign body removal, tumor removals, and amputations. We also do orthopedic surgeries including but not limited to: extracapsular cruciate repair, patella luxation, femoral head osteotomy (FHO), fracture repair with external fixator, pin & wire placement, bone biopsies, and grafting. We can also refer your pet to a specialist when indicated.
We have veterinarians on staff that perform surgeries and make every effort to ensure that your pet receives the very best care. When your pet is ready to go home, we will review your pet’s postoperative care and medication instructions. If any questions arise after your pet returns home or at any other time during the postoperative period, call us. We welcome your questions and will do all we can to help your pet recover fully.
